Biddulphs - What a nightmare

I moved to a new place on Friday, 1st Nov. They arrived with a very small truck. They had to make two trips.
When unpacking, they just threw everything in the closets/Bic's. Nothing was put back as they found it.
They packed everything that were inside the one bookcase, but neglected to load the bookcase it self. They had to go back and bring it.

My main bathroom were not packed at all. I went back the same evening to make sure everything was out.
They left 2 shelves in the main bed unpacked and one shelf in the 2nd bedroom.

When they moved my bed down stairs, they broke a curtain track and bumped into the walls resulting in plastering of the walls coming off and leaving visible gaps

They refused to connect my headboard. They also lost the screws connecting the dressing table headboard.
I had to rearrange all the BIC's. Everything was just thrown in and nothing was unpacked / placed the way it was before they started. They also broke two breakfast bowls.

They also loaded my fridge/freezer last (during the 2nd trip). My food had to stay in the warm car all day.

Never have i had such incompetent people do my moving for me. Definitely not recommend using them at all
