Technician has xray vision!!

Got them to check my aircon, the technician was in front of my aircon for (maybe) 2 minutes, didn't even switch it on (because the battery of the remote was flat), phoned me to tell me it is the compressor that must be replaced and it will cost R4600. This tell me that the technician has xray vision because the compressor is on the outside of the house and he wasn't outside. Had to pay R550 call out fee, the compressor is fine according to the second company I had to phone to check the aircon. When I phoned them to complain they are quick to claim that they are not or dishonest (do they feel guilty?) and that they are looking into it and will phone me back - I am still waiting for them. I will never use them for any of my appliances and I will definitely not recommend them to anybody!! I will make it my mission to warn people not to support them in any way. Word of mouth is a very effective tool - and so is HelloPeter!!
