I Closed my amazing voucher account in August 2012, but since then my account has been debited twice. if i didnt pick up on this it would have continued which just show the incompetence of the staff working there.
After picking up on this i called amazing vouches and informed them but they told me i would only be refunded at the end of the month as the staff was on leave and because they only do refunds at the end of the month. I feel this is there mistake and should have been fixed immediately. the fact that i must wait is unexceptionable and poor customer service.
