SA Post Office
Six (6) International Parcel Untraceable

I have been receiving parcels from Hong Kong and China in the past 2 years through Post Office without any problems. Then nothing has been delivered since February 22, 2013.

I have 6 parcels that I have tried calling the call centre011 961 6006 was referred to somebody named Ernest on 011 961 6105 but he never picked his phone in the past 6 weeks I have tried calling daily.

Finally somebody picked yesterday and told me that they have no information regarding these parcels - all of them. Its shocking
