Took weeks to get from ORT to germiston

I am disgusted by the service I got... my parcel got stuck in the int mail centre for weeks and when I phones they just hung up the phone after many emails I finally got a response 2 weeks later saying the parcel is still on its way to my house, I had to insist on them giving me the drivers number so I could phone and tell him to bring it to me, after witch he said that his manager told him not to deliver my parcel, I would not suggest anyone to ever let a parcel go through the post because SA post office service is sloppy at best
