SPCA Boksburg don't care about animals!

My cat went missing on Thursday, I called the Boksburg SPCA this morning, I spoke to a lady and asked if they had received a cat over the weekend. She said she cant tell me and that I have to come in a see. I said I do not want to waste my time, if she could just tell me the colors of the cats they have received over the weekend, she told me to hold on, I then spoke to a black lady that was so extremely rude, I did not even get to ask any questions, I asked for her name, she simply put the phone down on me!
Who can I speak to about finding out if my cat is there without having to drive all the way there, or is this a money making scheme of getting my cat adopted?
