Absolutely disgusting service

Been there Sat last week and was told to make an appointment due to the time it would take. Paid a deposit and made an appointment for the following weekend. Got there at the time of the appointment and was rudely brushed off and was told I need to come back during the week cos it will take too long (I guess they already had my deposit and other clients there, so they could just get rid of me)
The guy behind the counter insisted that he called me to tell that they could not do it today but I never received any calls. Clearly I should have checked on Hello Peter first about this supplier. I would have realized then they are becoming famous for their poor manners and they obviously don't care how the treat people as they take their deposits and refuse to refund even when they are at fault. Therefore their sign reads " NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT. ". Even though they come highly recommended, I suggest that someone look elsewhere to get their tattoos done, like I have.
