Mike nathan is an arrogant indiviual

I was considering buying a vehicle at mike Nathan but after my experience today I will never do any business with this company due to the fact that I was called into mike's office to discuss a possible deal on a specific vehicle, he informed me that my deal was declined at 5 different banks even though I have approved and validated finance at Renualt Tygerberg of R180 000. At this point I then probed for the declined reason where mike became confrontational, arrogant, ubrupte and had a condescending tone. I then told mike that I will no longer do business with his establishment, he then grabs me by the arm and threatens me that I'm not one of his buddies and that he will block my profile. I personally feel like I wasn't valued as a potential customer to mike Nathan and it came across to my business isn't needed by him because he was boasting about how he sells cars but he finance houses for people as well. Rest assured I will consult with the appropriate authorities with regards to this statement and behaviour. I urge any potential consumers to steer away from mike Nathan auto dealers goodwood.
