No money at the post bank

I went to withdraw money at Post Bank at Stone Towers, King William's Town, but after filling withdrawal form and spending time in queue teller tells me that they don't have any money, I should go and swipe my card at cash back service and withdraw at ATM, he can't help me. my point is that i needed R.4400.00 urgently why post bank is opened if they don't have money at the branch i didn't ask for R.100000.00 or more i just ask R.4400.00 and i needed urgently and it is my money which i can't get it and it is Saturday. I was left in large without help. I should close my Account and open to another bank who keeps the money
