EARLY WITHDRAWAL REFUSED PROOF REQUIRED

I went to the branch yesterday Bara (diepkloof) to do an early withdrawal after my Daughter had a miscarriage and I needed the money urgently, I was told I would have to pay fine or fee for early withdrawal which I didn't mind as its my money and needed money urgently and guess what on top of that I'm been asked to go back to the Hospital to get proof before I can get my money now really where is the sympathy and yet FNB claims to be the best bank I was utterly disgusted and even considering moving banks and cancelling my accounts with FNB as this made me very unhappy y
