Gavin I have always been a big supporter of your products and have always referred customers to you and supporting local business. As you will see underneath I am having a very bad experience with one of the 5000l tanks we bought from you
I decided that I would approach you first and see what & why this Tank is breaking up so early and easily and what solution we can come to, to resolve this serious problem.
I am sure you would also want to find out what went wrong in your production process, put another QA check in place and prevent this from happening again?

Pennell's tank, pictures 2, 5, 6, & 7. Tank age about 7/8 years old.
This tank is disintigrating, and more and more every day as you can see, the top thickness of this tank is about 1mm thick in places and embrittled to the point that pieces brake off and fall into the water inside the tank.
This embrittlement and breaking up of the tank have cost us to lose some of our clients in our two Overnight Businesses because of the broken pieces that was drawn into the supply line and completely broke up the pressure pump inside impeller.
