Hi, I'd just like to compliment you on your sales and reception staff, especially Senise (spelling?). She has been wonderful to deal with, so helpful and pleasant - you really don't get this service anymore. Kirby Service Centre KZN has been great to deal with. We are very quick to complain when service is bad but we need to remember to compliment as well! Many thanks
