Kirby
Lack of Communication

I went to Kirby yesterday to go pay for a vacuum cleaner service but was told that the people who took the vacuum cleaner had their contract terminated and are working illegally (court case is taking place in USA in the upcoming months).

How can Kirby expect customers to know about this if there was no communication provided (could have phoned, sent a letter or email).

I'm not impressed.
