Who are these people?

This company has been illegally debiting our partnership account on the 15th day of every month for the last 3 months. I have tried to contact them but to no avail - the phone number on their website is not functional and they do not respond to emails sent to their customer support email address. We have not recently asked for; nor ever received any services from this company.
