Solnet Tableview Cape Town supplied and installed a solar geyser at our home. Their plumber was unqualified.
Their materials were sub standard. The electrical work was dangerous and was done by their "plumber".
Their work was not to the South African regulations. S.A.N.S. The geyser did not even give two showers when on solar only after a hot day. Instead of saving electricity we used more than before. We later found out that Solnet had been pursued by Carte Blanche because of other complaints. The sole member of the CC Rudi Bezuidenhout would not appear on camera. Bezuidenhout falsely told us he had obtained a rebate from Escom on our behalf. He is not registered with Escom to do so nor is he qualified to do so. I was awarded R9825 plus R255 costs in a recent small claims court case against Solnet. I phoned R. Bezuidenhout to request payment but he put the phone down. Beware of Solnet its the wrong way if you want Solar.
