PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

On the 19th of October I was busy shopping for wedding stuff in dbn/town n I went to purchase Buffon at bridal world my dress maker had advised me to get buffon to wear under my bridal outfit which I did purchase from bridal world however it is not the correct 1 I needed to get the fabric n he would stitch 1 up when I walked into bridal world a consultant approached me n was ever wiln to assist howeva wen I went to me dressmaker the next morning he said it was not the right1 I tried caln bridal world immediately and ther was no answe so I cald in on monday and a male answered and advised that it could not ne returned even if I were to xchange t for the fabric which is what I neded to do, he was rude and arrogant he had no telephone etiquette and respect that I'm a bride to be and I'm in a dillema, so I ignored that, and cald da musgrave branch were a male also answered and advised that I should spk to 1 of da ladies which I did n I advised her wat was my problem she asked me to hold on which was for about 3 minutes, and as I was waiting I over heard her asking a women which I assume was da managa she was so rude n abrupt n sed dat i mus return it we're I bawt it from I was apaled.
