Wrong hairstyle

I am so unhappy with mu hairstyle that I did on wednesday. I went back again on thursday so that they fix it but its worse. i even told them but it seem like they just don care. I paid a lot of money to have this rubbish in my head. What makes me angry is that they theirs r very nice but when it comes to the customer they just don care.
