Frustrating

I booked a quote on their website. They immediately replied to give me a quote and set up a time for the next day. The next day, nobody arrived. I tried to email, call etc with no response (call went straight to voice mail). It was annoying since i had to go home early from work to meet them at my house, which proved to be in vain.
