Spa disappoints once again

Made booking through groupon and on day of booking they cancelled. After a big scene that was made they rescheduled for another weekend and a voucher of R500 at a restaurant after the spar treatments. It must take place this weekend and we still cant get any commitment from them. All is just hear say and no definite assurance. Was dropped on my anniversary and now my wife's birthday. Excuse is now they having a legal battle with landlord. Pathetic.
