Disapointed in such inexperienced staff

On the 27th of September we ordered 10x tidy wipes for our school on the 11th of September we call to do a follow up seeing that we hadn't received a delivery and we are told that they never received an order from us so we resend this to Gugu and she tells us that we will receive delivery on Monday the 14th in the morning at midday we call her to ask about the tidy wipes she says that the trucks have left and we will receive delivery in the afternoon still nothing I call today in the morning gugu tells us that we will only receive the tidy wipes on the 18th on Friday, I request to speak to her manager and I am sent to several operators that have no idea who the manager is I finally speak to someone who says I should ask for Portia the team leader but she is not available I leave a message with Susan who says that she will get Portia to call me back still no call 2 hours later we are very upset for our students use these towels and we have exams and cannot do without these towels, I am so disappointed in the staff they are very unprofessional I would suggest that you appointment well trained supervisors, team leaders to do certain jobs.
