Ghd still waiting for my Ghd

I Had posted about my ghd not working and they had come the very next day to collect it...

3 months after the collection I am still waiting for it to be returned

this is pathetic on Ghds Behalf

whats it going to be a year to pick up and repair

why wont anyone contact me with regards to my product no wonder people want to purchase other products

sad and disappointing on their behalf
