We approached Keriso to do an urgent embroidery job for us on a few lounge shirts and asked if they would deliver it to our client, this was agreed upon by Keriso. To our dismay, our client contacted us 2 days later to say that not all the lounge shirts had been delivered, hereby having to make a number of call to Keriso who had assured us that the stock had all been delivered. 5 Months after the above incident we were shocked when our client called us to say that Keriso had called them to find out if they had paid us because we had not paid them. This was a shock to us that Keriso would do this and not follow the normal procedure and request payment from us directly. I would never recommend Keriso to anybody as what they did was unethical and down right rude.
