Bad Piercing & Rude

I have been a loyal customer of tattoo styles for over 3 years, have done most of my piercings and tattoos by Jason, who unfortunately does not work there anymore. In his place they hired a girl named Sam, who is the rudest tattoo artist I have ever met, that bad mouths potential clients walking in and out of the shop. Not only that. I went there to get my tragus pierced, #1 she didn't clean/disinfect my ear before she stuck the needle in, #2 she pierced the needle through the skin and not through the bone (where it's supposed to go through), at first I didn't realize it, but after 4 weeks of using salt water 3 times a day and it not healing at all, my friend realized that the piercing had half a millimeter before completely ripping out. One of my good friends also pierced her snakebites there in which Sam pierced the needles next to the dots she drew on and not on it. I blame this on incorrect piercing. If she can't even pierce a basic piercing correctly, what else will she do? I will not recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get pierced.
