I received an order on the 29 Sept 13. In that order there was 53 brochures of which they charged me R210.00 however i was not happy about those brochures and i called the divisional Manager, Hellen on the 28th of September and she told me she will have a look and get back to me. i waited feor her call untill Monday, 30rd and she never called. i called her back again and she told me the same story that he will get back to me until today. i called the call centre twice and the both consultant gave me the wrong numbers for the zone manager. Can someone tell me the return process without involving the Managers caus i have heard enough???
