Techician disconnected eletricity because of bribe

I got call while I was at work about my electricity been disconnected. I therefore rushed home, when I got there I found him waiting. He therefore advised me that he is disconnected because everyone paid him, why am I being difficult. I told him am not going to pay for being legit, he therefore left and said if I made up my mind I must phone him_0736100952.I phoned eskom call centre they then said they will send someone but noone pitched. I called again and was told there's no fault but am still without electricity for a 3rd day. I went to police station to open a case but was advised that I must go to small claim court.

Why should we pay for reason, I find this as illegal activity, this guy collected lot of money privately. Our food is rotten, we dont warm anything to use to work.

Why should we be treated this way???
