I booked 5 treatments for facials through a group buying scheme. The only number provided was for Sonja, who was always busy, never on the other end of the phone, and never returned calls. When eventually i got through and went for my first appointment I battled to get them to open up and was finally ushered through to a rather scrappy room at the back of the garage.

I had two of the 5 appointments, which lasted for all of 20 minutes and had some metal roller which she claimed was radio frequency moved around on my face! It was a joke of a treatment. Nevertheless, I intended to get the remaining 3 treatments, but now could not get through on the phone at all. I have subsequently learnt that they have moved out of the garage and are no longer honouring the voucher which is still valid for 2 months. In my book that is a!
