Not very professional

Was very excited to be given a voucher to have my nails done.
What a disaster.
Uncomfortable grubby little shop.
Gel applied - 3 layers resulting in uneven deformed looking nails. Started to lift after a day.
Went back to complain and have gel removed and left with damaged nails and cuticles from vigorous filing and just sorry.(Not sure if this lady has any qualifications)
DON'T GO THERE!
