POOR SERVICE FROM NEW BUSINESS CONSULTANT

I LOGGED CALL VIA THE CALL CENTRE 4 WEEKS AGO REF NO. CRM10250.
AFTER CONSTANTLY CALLING AND CALLING I GOT TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS APPROVED AS WE ARE NEW BUSINESS OWNERS AND REQUIRE THE SERVICE OF ABI. I EVENTUALLY GOT THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE NEW BUSINESS CONSULTANT LESEGO SOOKANE. THE CALL CENTRE AGENT TRIED TO PUT ME THROUGH TO HER BUT NO RESPONSE. I TRIED MYSELF AND NO RESPONSE. I THEN SENT AN EMAIL.Further to my email, i find it difficult to understand why we have not been contacted as yet. I has been 4 days since i sent the email and not even a courtesy call or email. I can only think that you not serious about HER job and about bringing in new clients for ABI. I have been struggling for more then 4 weeks now to get some-one to contact us and nothing. I now feel that it is necessary to take further steps and post my concerns, disgust, and complaint about the service of the staff at ABI. If THE STAFF feel THEY are not capable of doing THEIR jobS THAT THEY GET PAID FOR, then i suggest THEY give it up for someone who really needs it and will service and respect a clients needs as if it where there OWN. DO THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE LOSING MILLIONS OF ZAR FOR ABI DAILY.
