Unknowingly subscribed to smart call technology solutions 3rd party app, billed fo nothing, contact them and they are rude and non responsive. i havent seen any thing else but complaints about this company. I want a refund of my money, there is no proof of my subscription whatsoever, the only proof they have is saying that i subscribed by clicking on a stupid pop up. reading the consumer protectors act states that there needs to be terms and conditions i have to agree and sign up to in order for me to be legally subscribed so why are they taking my money?
