I'm sad to say that I trusted Snobert who is suppose to be the top bleach professional.
My hair is Bright orange and when he was finished with me he told me I look like a rodent. He couldn't fix it because he had no time. He actually advised me to buy a wig. Please don't fool yourself with this person who advertises to be the best. He made my hair look like a birds nest.
