NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE

I went to see Ingrid 19 July 2013 to show her my hair & tell her what I wanted done. She told me what she would do & how it would work. My appointment was 8:00 am, 27 July 2013. I arrived at 07:50 am - Ingrid arrived at 08:10. She said she was not going to do what she had told me but was just going to put stripes in. As she was a trained hairdresser I thought she was doing the best for me. She put stripes in from top to bottom of the hair using foils. Once done I waited, she came to check it once & said the stripes were now a light brown & another 20 mins would do it. Once rinsed & washed only, I for the first time saw that there were stripes of light & dark orange & grey regrowth which I had specifically said I wanted covered. My hair was cut and curled, once dry the rollers were taken out & Ingrid styled it, the back of my hair was lifted up and I saw the yellow stripes at the back. I was horrified but paid the R350, there was bleach put on my hair but no toner was put on before the rinse. I looked terrible & had to go to Salon Bem Vindoo where Shane managed to help me.
