I have the opportunity to speak to the rudest agent at the call centre. I received an SMS for the 1st time stating final waring before I am handed over the the lawyers and I called SABC to get their details to make payment. I was rudely told that they have sent me a letter, to an address that has no street delivery, and 5 other sms's which i never received. I refused to pay the R25 charge for late payment as if I am informed of my account I will pay it as well. But the manner as to how the agent spoke to me. Telling me I can do what I want with the R25 when i asked him how do I dispute this matter. I mean really. Its not that I have a choice to not pay my TV Lic but this is a service that is provided to me. Not by my choice but who are they to speak to people like that? Disgusting attitude and terrible service for 3 stations i don't even watch. But i do the right thing for such terrible service.
