R15 000 bed with 10 Guarantee replaced 5 times in

Bought a Bed from Orthopaedic Pillow and Mattress, cost R15 000.00. Comes with a 10 year guarantee.
The memory foam split after 3 months (the longest period between splits, it has broken 5 times). Within one year they have replaced the bed 5 times, it keeps splitting, it has a join on the surface, which it shouldn't. After 5 beds in 1 year, I would rather have a refund instead of trying out bed 6! They refuse to refund.
