Eskom toying with me to prevent claim

December 2012 the entire area where I live had problems with the power switching on and off for about 30 seconds up to 20 times a day. I reported the problem twice with call ref:: 85284735 & 85131635. They said they will inspect it but didn't. As a result, I lost my external hard drive with all of the work data on it. I provided them with all the claim documents, quotes, references & even more in end December begin January. I followed up at least every 2 weeks, but no progress.
After 5 months, they told me the case was in Witbank & should actually be in Gauteng. Then they said they are waiting for the field inspector's report. Waited a month for that to happen and they got it. Then for 3 months they said they don't have enough claims to present to a meeting and I need to wait for other claims. This month the calim was presented, but now they say that there is not sufficient information on the field inspector report to make a decision & it needs to be redone. If the report stated that they should not pay, then they would have said so. I think there is more than enough supporting info for the claim to be made.
They are toying with me & playing for time. Going for 1 year now on this.
