Claim taking more than a month and no feedback

I have made a claim with Prime Meridian, its been over a month now and they are still processing the claim that does not even involve third party. I have never missed a payment not even once. I have been dealing with their claims technician who does not even provide me with information about my claim's progress and he took leave without handing the case over to someone else and when he came back from leave - he didn't even make an effort to contact me to let me know how far he was with my claim. Before he went on leave even - I was the one who kept calling to find out what was going on with my claim, whether my car was written-off or not. Eventually I was told that it was written off after being persistent. I was even asked to send through irrelevant documents (cellphone records of the day of my accident, car's service history, 3 accident reports sent to 3 different people) which I did in time - but their service didn't improve in any way. Now it seems like he is avoiding my calls. When I try to get through to his supervisor, I always get a response that they are in a meeting so I cannot even escalate the case any further. I am extremely irritated by their service.
