I would like to thank Waseela for the awesome service that I received.

I bought a Bissell product to take the smell of cat pee out of a spot on my carpet, the product didn't work. I spoke to Waseela to ask if I was maybe not using the product correctly.

Waseela spoke to their technical department and sent me an alternate product - all within TWO DAYS!
