Estra Funeral Parlour
Promise to refund - but nothing

My mother in law, Mrs AM Gouws past away in July and Estra Funeal parlour handled the cremation etc. Their quote for their services was R8500.00. Our Metropolitan funeral policy paid out R10 000 to them. They promised to give the balance R1500 back to us but after several attempts nothing has been done about this. The owner's wife, Mrs Weena Nel doesn't even answer her emails. My husband phoned the owner a few times but they don't do anything about it.
