I bought 2 "refurbished" machines from them which were delivered to me in Cape Town a couple of months late and in bad shape; definitely not refurbished. Half of the one machine needed to be replaced, which they only did once I contacted the manufacturer in Italy!
Since then the coin mechanism has stopped working, while still under "warranty" but 3 weeks have gone by with no support or help from them. Machine has been standing out of action!
Owner Gream (not sure he actually exists) never talks to customers and hides behind his pathetic employees.
They have no support/representation in Cape Town for snack and cold beverage machine, despite them saying they do!
Basically you buy a dud and you are on your own! I spent over R100, 000 with the buggers! Big mistake!!!
