WORST SERVICE EVER

I bought a nail art printer from Marihett for R18000 last year August. I tried to get as much info as I could before I made the dicision to buy it seeing that its quite a bit of money. I received the machine more or less 1 week after I deposited the money. When I got the machine it was already damanged and she said there is nothing she can do about that. The machine worked for maby at most a week where it stopped completely and sending emails back and forth to figure out what was wrong. I send it back to Cape Town which cost me another R600 and waited for more than a month to get it back from her where she said it was fixed. When i switched it on it still had the same problem and still wasnt working at all. I emailed her yet again where she said that after theyve got the best technical support ever she will google to see what the problem might be. So its been more or less 1 year that ive never heard from her to even ask if i got the machine to work or not, but she has her money now and doesnt even bother...
