Terrible service by owne

I had gel done on my nails a week ago. They started chipping by the 3rd day. I've been doing gel for many years at another salon and they never use to chip. i reported it to the branch only to get really bad service from the owner herself, Maralize. Telling me that she will not repair my nails at her expence. What happened to customer service? She was rude and arrogant and i will not be returning back to that salon.

Somehow it's funny that they don't care about losing another client.
