The confused me

At first i was battling to keep up with my debt and got a call from the life circle group, they've explained everything to me and said i should consider going under debt review as they would protect me, i wasn't sure and said i was going to get back to them..ever since they phoned me everyday asking whats my delay and i told them that i would only sign up with the life circle group if it means they included my cellphone contracts and they promised me that this was not a problem so i signed up. There after i didn't get calls anymore my first instalment went off last month and i find myself now in a situation where i must call them constantly as my credit providers is taking me into legal even though I'm under debt review i must now go from credit provider to credit provider to beg for mercy where as I'm suppose to be covered I'm really upset now with myself cause when i signed up for debt review i didn't trust debt review but yet i signed up cause the life circle sounded very confident in helping me become debt free.
