Bad product and service

We built a new home at coast and decided to try and save on electricity by installing a heat pump. We were advised by agent to install products by Dunham Bush. The architect and work plans for the new home as well as full information tthat the new home was at coast was supplied to the agent of supplier. The agent and supplier requested that only a registered and proffessional installer be used which we complied with in full.

The installer completed the work as per the instructions of supplier and agent- first problem we encountered was the manual that was supposed to be supplied to us the owners. No manual could be supplied and subsequent requests Were not honoured. No feedback and new home without hot water.

Within the first six months the Heatpump problems started when we had no hot water supply. We immediately informed the agent of this and requested the help of installer to check the heatpump. They advised us to try and solve the problem ourself via phone which we declined as we the owner do not have the technical knowledge to do. Constant requests to. Agent and supplier has fallen on deaf ears and the heatpump still not working.
