A cold-leaking heat-pump

Today S.A. Heatpump installed a heatpump at my home. Installations are sub-contracted to plumbers, who did a satisfactory job. However, shortly after the plumbers left the geyser started to leak. I phoned the plumbers and explained the problem. We identified it was a heatpump problem and not plumbing. They advised me to shut it off and close the taps, which I did. They followed it up with the suppliers S.A. Heatpump and I was informed a man named "Ernest? " would come and investigate at 16h30, which did not happen. S.A. Heatpump ignored me and my problem with their equipment.
S.A. Heatpump's customer care is rotten, one of don't care, they have a signed order for R 30 000 and yet this customer can have a cold bath in the middle of winter.
