Unauthorized payments

Two payments (R499.00 each) were taken from my account in Dec 2012 and January 2013 - I did not know who took the payments.
Another payment was taken in August 2013 and I was advised that the company taking the money was Go2Global.

I sent them an email, and Diann phoned me. Turns out they received their data from Reslinck (I can write a book about this company that harassed me forever), and that the information they have, is that I am a member.
I informed Diann that it is not the case, and that I want a refund.
She was very helpful, and sent me an email confirming that they have started the process for my refund. Thanks Diann.

So far, so good. I will post again once I have received the refund.
