I bought two dresses on the 17th November 2012, on the 25th November 2012, I returned them, they were small. The lady who was trying to help me then indicates to me that I should have returned them for refund before the seven days for refund as is written on their slip. She then left me to call the manager who was at the back office for sometime and she came and told me the same thing they cannot refund me. More than anything they gave me an attitude, they left me standing there, helping other customers. I then left their cloths and my contact numbers or the owner to call me, next day when I follow up they told my numbers were misplaced. Manage to speak to the owner who referred me to their policy and told me she cannot refund me rather she gives me a voucher. I indicated to her based on the treatment that I was given by your staff I cannot spend my money at any of the space store, i want my money back that I worked very hard for.
