SA Post OFFICE - UTTERLY USELESS

My complaint from April has still not been resolved!!!

I did receive an email from Maude Ngalo advising the complaint was being attended to. Since then I have emailed her on several occasions asking for an update. Lately all i get is an Auto response "Out of office".

As the heading states - you are truly USELESS.
