CAREFUL OF POOR QUALITY

Nic Swart trading as NMS Kitchens charges a small fortune for "cabinet making" he does no quality control sits in his office and shouts at his staff, blames them for everything that goes wrong.
he takes his time making the goods tell you it is not him but that the other factories takes their time, his cabinets are skew, not joint properly and half the orders I gave him came out wrong from the factory.
When I asked him to fix his poor workmanship he charged me extra.

He has left a sour taste in my mouth and I am no longer willing to give small businesses the opportunity to do the work for me.

The joke is that when I sat with him in his office he told me of other clients not being happy and not paying. now the joke is on me as I understand why they are not happy.
