Amazing Vouchers
DEBIT ORDER STILL BEING DEDUCTED!

My mother's debit order is still being deducted more than three years after canceling her subscription. Everytime we go into the bank to stop it there, they tell us that if the money isn't available for the debit to go through, Amazing Vouchers will alter the amount and keep trying to deduct the following days. ABSA says many clients have been trying to cancel the Amazing Vouchers debit orders. They are now deducting R400 from my mother's account and it seems we cannot do a thing about it. Since there are so many complaints, is there nothing that the banks can do to put a stop to this?
