Sexually harassed by a waiter!!!

I went to this pub and later had to arrange for a plan to get home AND my handbag got lost when we were on the 2nd floor, after I asked the barman to please keep it behind the bar since there was a dance competition on. This was at about 03h00 in the morning. I freaked out and I finally gave up searching and decided to call my mother and have to get a phone from someone since my stuff is gone. A waiter 'Sheppert' helped me. This waiter was around me ALL the time after I borrowed his phone! I was upset, it was late and he asked me to come into the pub and sit down with him (the pub was closed) he touched my leg and try comfort me after I said dont touch me, when he then said: "Have you ever a black guy? "I walked away! AND he even came into the ladies bathroom when he saw me go in there and didn't want to leave! There was also another lady with me! I asked him to please leave me alone, then he keeps following me lifting his hands up saying: "Come here, don't be like that". My mom finally got there! I want to file a charge at the police about this man. I informed the manager, Cormie Du Plooy about it all this morning and he also found my handbag and returned it to me (thankfully)
