LACK OF SERVICE - JUST PATHETIC!

I have sent countless emails to their customer support and to date have yet to receive a reply or even a gesture with the intention to sort the ongoing problem out. Problem has been ongoing for over 2 months now. Today I sent yet another email to their customer support address (as what is supplied on their invoices and statements) and hopefully someone gets back to us. Not the first time that we have had billing issues on our account and not the first time either that we are being ignored. Just absolutely frustrating and pathetic at the end of the day!!
